Here is how it works:
- Reservation:
- Visit our website and select your desired rental dates and times.
- Complete your booking with our secure online payment system.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
- Pickup:
- On the day of your reservation, head to our office in Praia da Rocha (Av. Tomás Cabreira, Ed. Varandas da Rocha 81, Loja 26, 8500-802 Portimão, Portugal).
- Present your confirmation email and a valid ID to our staff.
- Receive a brief orientation on how to operate the e-scooter safely.
- Our friendly staff will ensure your e-scooter is ready for your adventure.
- Enjoy Your Ride:
- Explore the city at your own pace. (Don’t forget to use our custom map so you don’t even have to plan anything)
- Return:
- Return the e-scooter to the same pickup location by the agreed time.
- Our staff will conduct a quick check to ensure everything is in order.
- Once the return is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming the end of your rental.

To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be refund. Please ensure you cancel in advance to avoid any charges.

J’ai loué une trottinette électrique pour 3 jours afin de pouvoir explorer Portimão et ça a vraiment été une expérience remarquable. Les trajets qui y sont proposés sont tops! Les trottinettes sont en excellent état, et l’équipe est à la fois compétente et accueillante. Nous avons loué deux trottinettes électriques durant notre séjour pour visiter les environs. Nous avons suivi le tracé proposé par Nomads grâce à l’application. Le parcours était très agréable et nous a permis de découvrir des lieux incontournables de Portimão jusque le village de Ferragudo. Le suivi du tracé était intuitif et facile.
L’équipe a été très agréable et attentive à nos questions.
Les prix sont très intéressants et la qualité du service et des trottinettes est excellente. Elles sont faciles d’utilisation (même pour une débutante) et ont une autonomie très satisfaisante.
Nous reviendrons chez Nomads lors de nos prochaines vacances !

We had a very nice welcome at the shop, the team was super friendly and always available via whatsapp throughout the rental. Using the e-scooter around Portimão was a great way to explore without getting too tired. We followed the suggested itineraries on the website to tour the city and the route to Alvor the next day, both were perfect for discovering the area at our own pace. Highly recommended! 🙂

What a wonderfull day we had, thank’s to Nomad !
We were able to see much more than if we had been on foot, while having fun on our scooter. What’s more, in the heat of the day, it’s great to be out and about on a scooter, with the air sweeping across your face.
