Here is how it works:

• Reservation:
  • Visit our website and select your desired rental dates and times.
  • Complete your booking with our secure online payment system.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
• Pickup:
  • On the day of your reservation, head to our office in Praia da Rocha (Av. Tomás Cabreira, Ed. Varandas da Rocha 81, Loja 26, 8500-802 Portimão, Portugal).
  • Present your confirmation email and a valid ID to our staff.
  • Receive a brief orientation on how to operate the e-scooter safely.
  • Our friendly staff will ensure your e-scooter is ready for your adventure.
• Enjoy Your Ride:
  • Explore the city at your own pace. (Don’t forget to use our custom map so you don’t even have to plan anything)
• Return:
  • Return the e-scooter to the same pickup location by the agreed time.
  • Our staff will conduct a quick check to ensure everything is in order.
  • Once the return is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming the end of your rental.

To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be refund. Please ensure you cancel in advance to avoid any charges.
