To rent an e-scooter, you must:

• Riders must be at least 12 years old to operate an e-scooter, in accordance with local regulations.
• However, only individuals 18 years or older may make a rental booking.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or ID if required by local laws
• Agree to operate scooters safely and follow all traffic regulations

2. Rental Use and Restrictions

• Scooters are to be used for personal transportation only.
• You may not ride on sidewalks where prohibited.
• Helmets are strongly recommended and may be required by law.
• You are responsible for returning the scooter in good condition.
• Misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

3. Booking and Payment

• All rentals must be booked through our website or directly at the physical shop.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Pricing is displayed at the time of checkout and may vary by duration.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Liability and Waiver

By using our scooters, you agree that:

• You ride at your own risk.
• Nomads – Ondas Vagabundas Lda is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of our scooters.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service.

6. User Conduct

• You agree to follow all local laws and respect pedestrians and traffic rules.
• Scooters must be parked responsibly in designated areas and securely locked using the provided lock.
• Any violations may result in penalties.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse our property.

8. Changes to Terms

Nomads – Ondas Vagabundas Lda may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
