Book your e-scooter rental with Nomads for a convenient and eco-friendly way to explore the city. Our user-friendly online system lets you reserve a top-quality scooter in just a few clicks.
How it works:
- 1. Reservation: Visit our website and select your desired rental dates and times. Complete your booking with our secure online payment system. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
- 2. Pickup: On the day of your reservation, head to our office in Praia da Rocha (Av. Tomás Cabreira, Ed. Varandas da Rocha 81, Loja 26, 8500-802 Portimão). Present your confirmation email and a valid ID. Receive a brief safety orientation.
- 3. Enjoy Your Ride: Explore the city at your own pace. Don't forget to use our custom itineraries so you don't even have to plan anything!
- 4. Return: Return the e-scooter to the same pickup location by the agreed time. Our staff will conduct a quick check and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will not be refunded.

Battery range varies depending on rider weight, riding style, and terrain.

Rentals are based on time periods (e.g., 24 hours). The scooter cannot run non-stop for the entire duration without recharging.
